Tureva Treuhand AG was founded by Samir N. Jarallah in 1982. Upon the formation of the Dubai sister company in 2005, Nihad Christian Jarallah was appointed the managing director; Samir N. Jarallah is still actively involved as director.

 

The Team

Nihad Christian Jarallah, Managing Director

Prior to studying and working in the USA, where he obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, he had already worked for several years at Tureva Treuhand AG in Zurich. Before returning to Switzerland, he was employed for five years in two regional CPA firms, gaining US tax, accounting, and auditing experience. Fluent in both written and spoken English and German (and Swiss German).

 

Samir N. Jarallah, Director

Upon receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree (Accounting) in the USA, he joined PwC, USA, and subsequently PwC Switzerland, where he advanced to his former position of Managing Auditor. Currently he is managing partner of Al Zarooni Tureva, Fellow Member A.C.C.A., Registered Public Auditor in the U.A.E., and Registered Auditor with the FAOA (Swiss Federal Auditor Oversight Authority). Extensive experience in various industries, international tax and IFRS, US & UK GAAP. Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic, English, German (and Swiss German) and French.

Freydun Michael Badri founded and built his own company REWISCO. As auditor and management consultant he is in charge of national and international assignments. He holds directorships (Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Member of the Board) of companies in the fields of industry, trade, IT and services and he was a member of the IFRS for SMEs Implementation Group – SMEIG, London. He has worked or is working as a lecturer, examination expert and examination board member for Swiss Federal Diploma of Higher Education courses. Fluent in both written and spoken English, German (and Swiss German) and French.
